"It's so hard being a first time buyer and understanding all the intricacies of a home purchase and loan. Eric was so thoughtful and kind throughout the entire process. He took time to explain everything, even multiple times if I didn't understand it. He was always available for any questions we had and even clarified certain things we didn't understand with our attorney. Eric is absolutely fantastic. We were in the process of losing the home we were in contract for because our previous company failed to provide us with adequate documentation to show commitment to the loan. They were giving us the run around which was totally unnecessary because we had all paperwork in order. Our lawyer was not proactive either! His team, within 5 days! had us approved and ready for closing! Please use them!"
