"Eric Schachter did a fine job. The underwriters were not the best. We started the process in early spring and the folks that handled the detail work did not do a great job. Eric had to speak with them and redo the whole process which took a lot longer to close. At the end Eric turned it around and the closing went fine."

"Jason was great! He explained the process and how difficult it is (especially in the age of Covid) BUT communication from others at Freedom was sporadic and seemed last minute. For example - It would have been nice to have a list of ALL the documents up front with dates due etc. I felt that we kept getting asked for new paperwork, last minute in order to close on schedule. Lastly, we had a 2 hour closing, bank agent was late, and didn't have the correct paperwork and couldn't release funds"
